Reco Pak Shareholding Company
with
licence
№ ООп-06-00/17.01.2005
is
established in November 2004 to meet the requirements of the ecological
legislation, resulting from the
Waste management Act (WMA)
published in the State Bulletin
(SB vol. 86/2003).
Through its activity the shareholding company aims to
cooperate with the import and producing companies, owing
product fees and launching packaged goods on Bulgarian
market, as well as with Bulgarian municipalities and the
Ministry of Environment and Water (MEW)
according the attuning of environmental politics with
European legislation and the imminent entering the EU.
